The main reason I don't like this one as much as the first, is how depressing it is. It really shows everything bad that could happen to Peter, and then builds up Spider-Man again. My complaint is technically because the movie works so well that you feel bad for Peter Parker the entire movie, and I just don't enjoy feeling bad for him.
It does have a good payoff, but it wasn't worth the cost.
