Preposterous to the point of absurdity (which is really saying something in this particular franchise), I can only attest to the quality (such as it is) of the English-dubbed version, which I assume is a dramatically altered iteration of a (superior?) Japanese release.
As it stands, not even the nifty man-in-suit work can salvage this thing.
