Review of Southpaw (2015) by Tony Medley for Tolucan Times — 24 Jul 2015
I loathe boxing. That said, this film isn't just physically brutal, it's psychologically brutal, a tough film to watch, but I was mesmerized (despite) a thud of a clichéd Hollywood ending. Why make a movie like this and then chicken out? Cui bono?
