Review of Sophie's Choice (1982) by Cheryl M — 13 Sep 2007
A highly affecting drama piece with an amazing, amazing performance from Meryl Streep. One of the bests in cinematic history. Although the story itself is not a masterpiece, it's still a pretty good movie overall with some nice artistic touches to it from director Alan J.
Pakula. Really, watch it just for Meryl Streep. How the hell did she learn to speak those languages?!
