Review of Sophie's Choice (1982) by Reza D — 20 Nov 2007
It's bad, downright horrible, and that's why it's so good storywise. Streep good as always. I'd like to see this story re-done. I think with a little re-working it could become the de rigueur story of the holocaust.
As it stands it's soooooooo depressing. I still think Think the secret life of words is the best film of this nature.
