Suffering from "Star Wars" overload, "Solo" manages to be just entertaining enough to pass the time. It gets off to a pretty average start with typical battle sequences and wise-cracking heroes.
In its last half it picks up enough to make me not lose interest. Casting Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo wasn't the best idea. He does his best, but the rebel spirit of Harrison Ford is a bit beyond his grasp.
