Slender Man had the good visuals and creepy imagery, but it wasn't a good horror movie in general because of its terribly bad story telling. Things happen that we don't get an answer to, and it was a really big disappointment to see this legendary urban legend get trashed.
Jumpscares also failed too. Wish this movie was called "The Librarian.".
