The "Santa Claus Killer" from part 2 is now in a coma with his brain exposed in a glass bubble atop his head. He has some strange psychic connection with a blind girl, awakens from his coma, and mucho boredom ensues.
No blood, no suspense, very little nudity...nothing to recommend this movie to anyone. Even Robert Culp is wasted in the role of a police detective. Pass.
