De Niro in a very interesting role that's a little out of his element, Eddie Murphy in a role that was perfectly IN his element. Some funny moments. Prolly the coolest thing of the movie was the guns that the movie centered around.
The plot wasn't super complicated or deep or anything, but it worked, it got the job done. The plot was a little out there, since there's no way a COPS type show would ever be close to a situation as dangerous as was in the movie.
