Review of Scott Walker: 30 Century Man (2007) by Lina P — 20 Nov 2007

I'm so fucking tired, but I just had to pop in to give Stephen Kijak a 10. I have no idea if he really deserves it, but I thought his film was fucking great (and so is he by the way). I had never heard of Scott Walker before I met Stephen, and the same is the case for a lot of people. This stuff I can definately relate to, in the same way I can relate to Lynch or Beckett or the same way Dali scares the shit out of me. I found this very very interesting, and cannot wait to see it a second time. I missed his last film "Cinemania", but it sounds interesting. Hmmmm. I love this guy, Stephen Kijak. Think he's extraordinary. Sunday he was playing Scott Walker songs on a club in Oslo. And I was getting really drunk. That was one fine night, and SO worth suffering at work for the next day.

Cannot believe I'm not sleeping. Guess I will suffer tomorrow as well. I fucking hate my job, god damn it. Should stay home and write. A room of ones own gets a new meaning now that I actually have to do idiotic stuff all day to pay my rent. This cannot continue much longer!! I NEED TO DO SOMETHING!! Bloody hell.

Oh, well. All I'll do now is sleep. And tomorrow the festival continues. And I have no more stupid deadlines on my back. On Chesil Beach is one boring novel, and I had to review it. Why didn't I just pick something else?
