Part of a series you have to watch more then once to get. If you dont get it heres whats going on: Theres the 'Real World' and 'Anthys Brothers Brain World'. Anthy, Utena, and the rest of the characters are traped in the 'Brain World' for diffrent reasons.

Anthy is in some kind of coma and Utenas there to save her. They fall in love and try to leave but Anthys brother tries to keep them trapt. The rest you can figure out on you own. :).
