A rather freakish "kids" movie, Return to Oz combined the stories of The Land of Oz and Ozma of Oz into one tale featuring Dorothy, Tik-Tok, Jack Pumpkinhead, Billina, and the Gump's battle against the Nome King (correct spelling of Nome in Oz stories).
There are some pretty creepy scenes in this movie involving the first appearance of the Wheelers and Mombi's severed heads. The sets are kind of bad, but the character designs are rather impressive.
