This odd continuation of the Oz series left me feeling conflicted: on one hand, it's well done and the craftsmanship of its special effects hold up really well for 1985. But it's kinda cringey to watch throughout, and a little unsettling.
It had that bleak Narnia vibe to it that I can't quite put an observation on.
