Review of Resolution (2013) by Brian C — 06 Sep 2013
Resolution is a great movie. Mike comes to a remote cabin on an Indian reservation to help his friend recover from his meth addiction. Very strange things occur around the cabin during those days, lots of which are supernatural. They keep finding 'found footage' of themselves getting killed in different ways. And as they make changes so that outcome won't happen, other footage shows up changed. All the while Chris is trying to overcome his addiction and the two friends, despite the tension, work together to explore themselves as well as the dangers around them.
All in all this was very enjoyable. There are lots of strange characters, and developments to keep things flowing, and the main leads are well drawn out and have lots of character development.
