A girl with an extremely rare illness is locked in her room by her father who tries to hide her away from a futuristic, comic book world where organ failure is common and a company which makes a powerful addictive drug designed for surgical purposes rules... untill one day when a mysterious singer comes to her doorstep.
An action/drama/horror-musical brought to us by the people who made the Saw franchise and possibly one of the most original movies in the last few years. I mean, come on, Everything's been sequal/remake/adaptations.... this one is definately original and quite a ride. Professional reviews will throw you off on this one due to the blood-and-guts theme so you'll just have to see this yourself. Quite refreshing.
Most of the dialouge is made up of singing so... yeah... the songs are crucial lol. The ones that seem will be memorable are "Zydrate Anatomy", "Seventeen", and "Chase The Morning".
I can't really say very much about this other than it's one of those films you have to see for yourself. It's no Rocky Horror but it's probably in that range.
