How to make a movie with a budget of 20$.
Rip off original theatrical release for direct-download or straight-to-dvd sequel by creating some thin stock characters with no believability or reason for their actions.
Make movie sound interesting by setting it in a new, bigger location.
In actuality, shoot the entire movie in your local civic center's stage access area, making sure to get as many pipes and closets as you possibly can to make it appear industrial.
Make sure you have a monster muppet somewhere in that. People love monster muppets.
If all else fails, pay indian bloggers 10$ to go around criticizing any critics that call the movie out on its trite cash-call premise.
