Review of Pompeii (2014) by Tom V — 16 Oct 2014
Okay, I have to admit that I liked this one. I mean it's has corny dialogue espoused by hammy actors and heavy handed direction. But it also has some spiffy special effects and some great action sequences.
I'd have to call this one a guilty pleasure. It sort of reminded me of the various carnations of the Starz television series "Spartacus" which was also a guilty pleasure of mine.
