The scariest thing in this movie is the acting.
Or maybe it's the explanation given for the evil dwarf people. Spoiler Alert! I won't encourage anyone to watch this piece of cinematic poo, so in an effort to spare you, my innocent reader, from 1.5 hrs of misery, I put forth for your viewing pleasure, a synopsis. The planet they (the Jawa wannabes) live on has a stronger gravitational pull than earth, so to make things easier on the slave dwarves, they shrink them in little plastic barrels before shipping them off. Apparently gravity is easier on you if you're short.
