This is a very enjoyable movie. Its a little Amelie a little Moulon Rouge. The setting of Paris 1936 is very well done. The scenes, the backgrounds, the clothing are all superb. Its a movie about life, love and the plight of real people.
Its funny, tender, and dramatic. Perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
