Review of Out for Justice (1991) by Nick O — 06 Aug 2007
So, I rented this movie thinking it would be total crap. Seeing Seagal trying to play an Italian with a bad accent was laughable. Yet, theres something about this movie, maybe because his name is Gino Fellino or maybe because if we left a timecapsule behind to show people what things were like in 1991, this movie would have to be in it, I found myself not totally hating it.
The story is insanely simple, and the acting is way over the top. Jerry Orbach is a total waste of casting. Yet, there will always be something that makes me feel that all is right in the world as long as Steven Seagal is toting guns and breaking necks and legs.
Rent this movie if youre with the guys and you want to watch people get beaten down hard by Seagal. Ps, did you ever notice how every Seagal DVD cover features him holding a gun? Do your homework readers, and enjoy the bad action flicks.
