Brilliant film which stands up as one of seagals best films to date. he plays cop gino felino who goes on a rampage in brooklyn when a kingpin shoots his best friend friend. the action is proper old school the way its supposed to be rather than having to put up with sfx.
william forsythe played a pretty good villain too.
