Review of Origin: Spirits of the Past (2006) by Nathan M — 02 Mar 2014

This movie was good until the second half, then it rushed everything to the end. It's as if the moviemakers needed another 20-30 minutes of movie but were forced to finish it quickly.

This movie also tries very hard to be Miyazaki's "Naussica," and doesn't quite make it.

But on the positive side, the animation is great, and it has some great ideas (though it doesn't develop them enough).
