Ehh it could have been much better. It's environmental message gets a little preachy and the character development is a little... off I guess you could say. However it's beautifully animated and it's not boring, so if you've got nothing better watch, give this one a shot.
Just don't expect Princess Mononoke or Nausicaa of the Valley of the Winds.
