Watched original footage on our first colour TV. There has been a lot of renewed interest about 'The Black September Movement' and the ill-fated Iraeli hostages, taken at the Munich Olympics. This is a well pieced together documentary based on these tragic events.
The German government were so inept in making a decent rescue mission that all 11 hostages were killed. You beg the question why did they turn down an offer from the 'Israeli Special Forces' !?
