Set in South Africa, Number 37 takes a peek into the lives of a couple struggling to get by with a severe debt owed to a violent loan shark. The plot thickens when a pair of binoculars are introduced, and the boyfriend Randal begins to witness crude and horrific transgressions take place from across the street.
Using people and utilizing heavy amounts of bribery shape this suspense filled thriller at the beginning of the new years movie cycle. Truly a powerful film that I wanted to watch again and again.
