Many crime films tend to lean towards the same main character. In the movies I’ve seen the main criminal is usually a hardcore criminal that murders and robs anyone and anything. But in “Number 37” the main character is neither of those.
Randall, the main guy, somehow finds himself in debt to a gangster, but is paralyzed from the waist down and must navigate via wheelchair. Although in a wheelchair he still finds himself in more trouble with a different gang because of blackmail.
Now, this seemingly harmless man finds himself in the middle of a criminal triangle and only he can protect him and his loved ones.
