Review of Nobody Knows (2004) by Wut S — 21 Jun 2007
A tale of four young siblings abandoned by the mother in a small apartment in Tokyo. The characters are well defined and the plot is solid. It's interesting how the eldest sibling started out as a Sennex child who was forced into early adult responsibility, and as he grew adolescence, he became more and more bitter toward life and lost his sense of optimism.
While I liked the film, it wasn't very fresh. Just not innovative enough.
