Review of Nobody Knows (2004) by James H — 23 Jun 2011
The story was sad but the film was boring, long, and slow. It was excruciating to watch, I thought it would never end, and it literally didn't. There was no ending. I don't understand how this movie won awards, it was terribly done, and the child actors were cute, but they always had a smirk on their faces as though they were aware of the camera.
Again, not to diminish the tragedy and moral message behind the movie, but movies need to entertain not enervate, and even horribly depressing movies can be entertaining. This was not one of them.
