Review of Nobody Knows (2004) by Mary Adelle D — 29 Dec 2008
Yuya Yagira's premiere, one of the best Japanese films I have seen in a long time, it captures a tragic story of innocence and a certain coldness in Japanese society toward the needy and the lost. I do not know if it is based on a true story, but it is a true original.
Watching it again this year... sad that Yugira apparently attempted suicide this year and is recovering...
