Whatever happened to Joe Carnahan? NARC is gritty, interesting, and really well made. The characters are great, even if Liotta's is just slightly more original than your generic 'cop' character, and the ending is a nice little surprise.
Great cinematography, great performances, and great direction save this movie from being just another gritty cop movie. So, I ask again. Whatever happened to Joe Carnahan?
