Review of Narc (2002) by Thebrownhornet J — 19 Feb 2007
You know, with all these 'gritty crime dramas' going on these days, it's a wonder that anyone wants to be a cop at all. If you ever want to discourage someone from this profession, sit them down and make them watch this film.
It is gruesome and horrible, and seems realistic. I really wouldn't know because I'm not a cop. I wouldn't want to know, because I have no intention on being a cop. In fact, I try to stay as far away from cops as possible.
Anyway, I know that Ray Liotta has had a hard time surpassing his role as Henry Hill in 'Goodfellas', but he did it here, as far as I'm concerned.
