I thought it was going to be hard to top Borderland but damn, this beats it easily. Rats start attacking people in Manhattan and the victims turn into some kind of rat human zombies. It sounds dumb but they pull it off even with a obviously low budget.
The cast is pretty much all unknowns and they're all great. It's also short so it doesn't over-stay it's welcome.
