A good gem in the indie horror scene. I liked the development of characters and the atmosphere of the city, but I do believe I would have enjoyed it more if they had replaced the mutant rat people with zombies.
Nice original creature idea, but it didn't work for me. Overall though, the gore/special effects aren't too bad for a budget and the cinematography is good. I do truly believe it is rare to find something decent in the 8 Films of Horror, but wonderfully surprised I am to find this.
