An indie Night of the Living Dead rip off with a group of tenants hiding out in an apartment building while infected rats turn people into rat zombies all over NYC. Wasn't terrible, definetley wasn't good, takes forever to get going and once it does the effects aren't great, the lighting sucks so you can't tell what's going on anyways and it seems like the action is sped up like somebody held down the fast forward button which was very annoying, had some potential but overall nothing special.
