Review of Morning Glory (1933) by Les E — 02 Mar 2011
Katherine Hepburn gives a great performance in her first Oscar winning role. She is one of the few actresses I can think of who are absolutely beautiful their whole lives. She has such a wonderfully unique voice, it's hard not to pay attention to her when she is on the screen.
Fitting for an early role, she plays a young actress looking for her big break. The story wasn't anything to shake a stick at, but the acting is top-notch.
