If you follow Major League Baseball at all then you know who the New York Yankees are. They are the best that money can buy and that is probably why you either love or hate them. The Yankees can afford anyone at any time because their pockets are deep and their budget is endless.
But then there are teams like the Oakland Athletics, a much smaller and way cheaper team in the MLB.
