Review of Mighty Aphrodite (1995) by Vincent O — 20 Jan 2008
One of Woody Allen's best, recent efforts. 'Mighty Aphrodite' is top notch, with a high-calibre supporting cast. The leading actress Miro Savino is also rather excellent. Funny, intelligent and in this case Allen has once more displayed an intrinsic understanding of fine movie making.
Highly recommended and almost matches 'M. M. Mystery'.
