Review of Martin (1978) by Jeff B — 26 Oct 2009
Interesting take on the vampire tale from George Romero. Martin (who looks about 18) is a "vampire" who comes to live with his cousin (who looks about 70). The cousin knows of Martin's secret so is very cautious around him.
Meanwhile, Martin tries to live in the new town, sometimes going around killing and drinking blood. Some nice deaths, including a pretty cool moment where Martin breaks into a house and things don't go as planned.
The opening is cool, and the ending is pretty excellent.
