Review of Lust for Life (1956) by Melody H — 03 Oct 2008
Great classic film. Douglas really became the tragic Vincent. It was overly dramatic in parts. I would have loved to have seen it on the big screen! Many of Van Gogh's works were shown and even emulated in some scenes ie.
the night cafe, Van Gogh's bedroom, etc. A great film. I was not disappointed.
