Review of Love & Mercy (2015) by Ron N — 05 Jun 2015
It is always said there is a thin line between genius and madness. This movie illustrates this principle very well. We see Brian Wilson as a young man and musical genius. We will also see him as an over medicated patient of a greedy doctor out to take him for everything he has.
Brian's journey is an interesting and poignant story and the acting is superb. Paul Dano is excellent as the young Brian; John Cusack is equally as good as the older Brian/ Elizabeth Banks gives one of her best performances and proves she is more than just another pretty face.
Go see this one, it's very good.
