Review of Long Shot (2019) by Ginak — 05 May 2019
A pleasant rom-com about the making of a female president with two extremely enjoyable comic performances from Charlize Theron and Seth Rogen who remain a personable but odd couple to the end. No real satire, wit, or bite in the script, but I enjoyed the humor – and these days the lack of nastiness in a political film was a huge plus and a great escape from our current reality.
