Review of London Boulevard (2010) by Dann M — 25 Mar 2012
Ever since Guy Ritchie's Lock, Stock, and 2 Smoking Barrells, I've been a big fan of Britsh crime films and I've liked some that Colin Farrell have been in as well. I thought this was one pretty solid and the two leads (Farrell and Keira Knightley) did a great job in their roles and even though the chemistry between them was alright, I didn't really buy into their romance.
The plot isn't as tricky as some other crime films, but it was entertaining enough. The soundtrack is really good and that definitely added to the film. Overall an entertaining British crime film that does very little to set it apart from others, besides casting two pretty famous and good actors.
