Review of Life of Pi (2012) by Ultralight47 — 04 Dec 2012

Although this movie is important in as a philosophical concept and beautiful to watch, it is still a survival story of a young man trapped on a life boat with a ferocious tiger. I didn't think wooden life boats were self-bailing but that aside, this movie "is what it is"; somehow finding the meaing of life or a relationship with God in the midst of a life struggle.

I would recommend it but I don't know if I would watch it again...a real test of a good movie.
