Python's absolute best effort in anything. It has the best jokes, the best lines, it is visually impressive while being completely hilarious and ridiculous...and it takes on a subject I personally have issues with: religion.
I think Graham Chapman is at his peak right here (due in part to his finally being healthy and sober for the first time in years), and his performance as Brian, the straight man, was perfect.
