Review of Gregory's Girl (1980) by Eurydice H — 29 Jun 2006
Dull, uneventful and highly dated. A few fun moments - the random person dressed as a penguin wandering the corridors of the school, for example - save it from absolute tedium. The acting is weak and the script, whilst it has some good lines, seems forced.
The film ends abruptly, with no sense of resolution.
