Review of Life Is Beautiful (1997) by Nathan C — 23 Feb 2012
Begins with a deceptively cheerful first part. Fairly accurate representation of Nazi concentration camps. The comedic effect doesn't feel hollow at all with the dark mood overshadowing it; nor does it distract viewers from the affection Guido expresses for his young son.
