Review of Let It Be (1970) by Stacy W — 17 Sep 2007
An extremely depressing movie, as it shows the break up of the greatest band of all time. However, it also has some great moments, notably the roof top gig where there are some hints as to the depth of the relationship the band shared prior to their breaking up.
And who doesn't love the fact that they kept playing until the cops made them stop (in fact, they kept playing hoping they'd be arrested for giving a concert to their fans)...isn't that what rock music is all about?
