Review of Legend (2015) by David H — 20 May 2017

Tom Hardy gives brilliant performances as the two brothers, but the story is uneven and lacks a central focus. Reading up on the actual Kray brothers, this film also seems to have pulled its punches in its portrayal of these two out-of-control psychopaths, missing out on a lot of juicy tidbits that would have made the film more violent but also more memorable and in some instances funnier.
