Review of Leave No Trace (2018) by Tim W — 02 Aug 2018
A couple of Oscar winning performances in what must be two of the most gruelling hours of cinema I've ever watched. It's like a cross between The Straight Story and The Revenant. Occasionally upbeat with a sense of overwhelming dread and a healthy dose of mental illness thrown in, it is an astonishing feat of filmmaking.
You couldn't watch it twice in a row, that's for damn sure. Go see.
