Review of Law of Desire (1987) by Kikki K — 16 Feb 2008
Arguably Almodóvar's gayest film, at least thematically, has a young Antonio Banderas obsessed with a film director. A heady mixture of passion, sex, obsession and death follows in close succession.
Full of the Almodóvar trademarks - in terms of actors, themes and art direction - this is well worth seeing if Almodóvar is your cup of tea.
